We had a special family dinner the night before with our cousins, where the kids filled out their little time capsules for this year and opened the ones from last year. I wish I had the answers to post here, but maybe later.
This was the first day of 3rd grade for Shayden and the first day of Kindergarten for Jasmine. Where has the time gone?
Jasmine was supposed to pose like a "K" since she doesn't have a number...
So excited! It's funny because all summer long Shayden kept saying how he couldn't wait for school to start...on and on, and I kept thinking, yeah right, you won't think so after it starts and sure enough, after school started he was complaining. But I guess that is like all of us, always wanting the next thing to come, we should just savor the moment sometimes.
